Breakfast: shared with the lovely and stylish Baris
1 Fage plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
pureVia natural sweetener
swirl of honey
1 1/2 tangerines
This blog is intended to keep me on track with my diet and exercise routine as well as taking up valuable filing time at work. My goal is to lose 4 pounds a month and reach my goal in September before my husband, Baris, and I travel to Turkey for our second wedding celebration. We will be using Weight Watchers to track our food intake.
